Melbourne Tram Museum news
Museum closed temporarily due to the Coronavirus
We regret to announce that our scheduled open day on 12 June will be cancelled. Due to the current situation regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Committee of Management has decided that it is prudent for the museum to close at this time, to protect the health of our visitors and volunteers.
The museum will remain closed until further notice.
Once restrictions on group activities are eased, we hope to return to regular open days very soon.
Further updates about the museum will be posted on our website as well as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Even if our doors are closed, we still have an active online presence – you can access loads of tram-related content by following us on social media and exploring our website.
We hope to welcome you back to the Melbourne Tram Museum very soon.
